I always enjoy a visit to London.  It doesn’t matter the time of year.  I’ve been there when it was over 32C (90F).  I’ve been there when it was raining.  And I’ve been there when the wind was howling.  It doesn’t seem to matter what the weather is, I still find a way to enjoy my time there.

And it doesn’t seem like anything will phase the sovereign realm.  Big Ben and Parliament stand as an enduring symbol of all that is the United Kingdom.

Hope you enjoy this shot from across the Thames on Southbank near County Hall looking back at the Westminster Bridge.  There are so many classic things in this image … the bridge with its street lights spaced along the way and the red double-decker bus … the classic architecture of Parliament … the Boadecia statue … of course the tower’s clock … and in the background you can just make out Westminster Abbey.

Around every corner it seems there is some sort of image just waiting to be captured.

I’m already looking forward to my next visit and photo hunt in London!
